FAQ & REFUND POLICY

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Giclee prints are fragile. Please take extra care when opening the shipment.

It is advised to use gloves to minimize the risk of scratches and fingerprints. 

Items smaller than 30x30 cm will be shipped flat. Bigger prints will be shipped in a tube. 

 SHIPMENT 

We can ship worldwide. Depending on your order, we can dispatch your parcel in one to two weeks. 

 DELIVERY ISSUES

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ingimar@ingimareinarsson.com, notify the shipping company about the damage and we can work from there together. 

 EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your order

All products from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase with your receipt.  If 15 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

Items will be refunded, providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please return the item in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping and any VAT charges.

Note it might take a few days for your refund to show up in your bank account.
